In 2002 I moved to Cabo, and started working at the Hotel Esperanza and Las Ventanas al Paraiso. I was certified as a Butler, I worked in the main Restaurant and then became part of the exclusive group of LVP Butlers, during that time I opened my own Restaurant focused on Sea Food and completed diplomas in Cooking such as Spanish, Mediterranean, Italian, Moroccan, International, French and of course Mexican, general knowledge in cigars, wine and spirits.
As a Caterer I have had the possibility of doing very exclusive events for celebrities and people with very high purchasing power, to finalize in this 2023 I am still studying French and I started a certification to manage and prepare Kosher items.
